Not really enjoying life right now. I'm officialy divorced, can't quite go no contact yet but I'm just miserable all day every day. Hobbies just aren't fun, I don't engage with conversations with friends, im trying to get my house sold and deal with all of the bullshit involved with that and moving. And just don't have energy to do anything else. I'm trying to build a shedule but thats been fucked from the moment I started it. I know Im struggling because I've never had to go and do things alone and it really just sucks the fun out of things. The moment I get excited I turn to talk to her about it but remember its just me again. Idk what I'm doing. She was the only person I was ever in a relationship and boy did she decide to fuck me up on her way out. I've never had to heal from a serious mental hit like this before so im stressed because I feel like I'm not healing but my friends say I'm doing better. Also, im stressed out cause 2 of my closest friends are moving out of state and i have no idea how to meet new people organically anymore. I'm unfortunately an introvert and hate crowds and large events by myself so just kinda feel like things are slipping even more.

Is this just a " get fucked, be miserable, time will hopefully make this bearable" or are there things I can do to actually try to enjoy life again?
