So first confirm if you are in a no fault state. If the reason you are filing is due to infidelity and your state waves the 1yr wait (MD) or alimony then almost anything that is hard proof works.

First confirm are you in a one party or two party state when it comes to recordings. Are both on the same phone plan? Then you can see a lof of all calls, look for the frequent ones. Depending on the planet you can also request the text messages. If you use wifi, you can install programs to record / review all sites that any device visits. You can hire a PI. Are you still living together? If you know anything about IT, you can sniff the traffic going through your WiFi router at home. It won't tell you everything (like every message), but it gives SOME insight into what she's doing -- and when.

GPS tracker on her car? An Apple AirTag is another possibility, but be careful because now some iPhones will warn that a nearby AirTag is tracking them. A tracker that's purely GPS is passive only.

Someone else here said NOT to mess with her electronics because it's a felony. I don't know about that. A misdemeanor, maybe, if she can prove you did it. Plenty of cell phone spyware out there, some is very difficult to detect.

Does she use a laptop or desktop computer at home? If yes: keystroke logger. This worked in the old days, but now everyone does EVERYTHING on their phone.

If someone merely has a dating profile, I'm not sure that proves anything. If you really want to catch it, maybe make some dummy accounts with a profile that matches what you think she's looking for. Catfish her if you find a match.

Does her cell phone provider give an ITEMIZED list of calls and texts? Can you access them?

Consider a set-up. Tell her you need to leave town for a weekend. Make something up. Make it clear she'll be all alone that weekend. And have spies in place, cameras, etc. Private Investigators are pricey, but perhaps have a few trusted friends drive by every hour? Afterwards, when you get home, casually ask about her weekend. If you can prove a contradiction, it's a crack you can open.

I suppose you've already looked at her banking and credit card statements?

If you're both on the same cell phone plan you can get her phone records. It usually only takes a trip or phone call to the provider.

if you're interested in her whereabouts get a phone log it into a fake Google account, turn off all the sound, turn on the location history, charge it up and toss it in her car. double check that when you log into that Google account from a PC that you can see the location history.

hell, I bet if "something comes up" suddenly you can call into the phone and have the microphone on and listen in on your phone. also do a Google share location for the next 8 hours and then you could just watch her every move when she goes out.

now I have read that there is a way to set up a single phone number so that it automatically answer in one ring. that way you could call into the phone and then on one silent ring it will pick up and then you can listen then.

of course make sure that the phone doesn't vibrate or make any noise.

Buy a samasung smart tag or apple air tag. Register it on your phone and hide it in her vehicle. You can track her location that way. Show up to the hotel she is at on a Saturday at 1am and video the scumbags in action. Worked for me! Oh and be prepared to find out it was someone that you called a friend at some point. Double scumbag.

It sounds like you want your pound of flesh by getting some revenge. I don't think it's about helping with the divorce. If you want to catch let her feel comfortable for a bit so she can let her guard down and then start your investigation
