Hi, we’re about to sign the agreement but I noticed there’s not a clause that guarantees the wife will not ask for more money after it’s signed. I wanted to include something that says she won’t have the right to ask for more spousal or child support after the agreement is signed in spite of any improvements on my financial situation (say I get a better job or even get a second job).

Do you think this is something I should add?

I think the general legal rule for this is that the spouse can only ask for more if there’s a chance in circumstances/finances with her or the child she has custody on, but it’s not clear if she can ask for more when she sees I’m making more money.

Anybody here has included something similar that they can provide as an example?
