I know this may sound ridiculous. My wife filed for divorce last March. It’s been nearly a year and she just actually left the house recently, I kept the house. feel like emotionally thin, I’ve been seeing a woman who has been a very nice distraction, and I am thankful that she is in my life. But something about this just feels very strange

I can’t help but feel like my ex is somehow going to regret what she’s done come back into my life somehow. I feel like I gave my ex-wife everything. I can’t help but feel like my ex is somehow going to regret what she’s done come back into my life somehow. I feel like I gave my ex-wife everything: a house, two kids, the ability to work only one day a week. And she basically threw it all away and started our relationship almost immediately after filing. It’s also possible this person was already there even before filing.

I don’t know exactly what to do for my emotional health. I play soccer once a week I weight lift I don’t know exactly what to do for my emotional health. I play soccer once a week I weight lift, I work a full-time job, and I am at least trying to explore kayaking as a new hobby.

Does anyone have any advice about how to move on with my life. I miss my children very much, I miss my old life. I have my children nearly 50-50, but I still think this is a terrible decision. And I feel like I’m just waiting for my ex to apologize. I know that’s probably delusional and probably dysfunctional.

The woman I’ve been seeing I feel like I do like her, and she actually stayed at my house overnight last night. But there was something odd about it. I just didn’t feel like it was real. I don’t feel like I still am not over my ex, but somehow sleeping next to a different woman after being married for almost 8 years. Just feels very unusual.

How long until I feel like I’m not emotionally traumatized?
