The courtroom did not and will never be capable of delivering justice to the falsely accused. Accusers are encouraged, protected and never punished for their crime and this is what in the rawest sense, service to the female imperative looks like. The bar to prosecute is so high, it practically does not exist. How do you face an accuser when their identity although known to you, is redacted on reports should you even get your hands on one? And even if the accuser is known, do you have evidence of them intentionally falsely accusing you? Right.

Don't kid yourself about the few "success stories" you hear about fathers winning full custody due to false allegations. I assert these men got full custody in spite of false allegations. The father getting full custody should be a given, do not confuse this with justice. Justice is directly addressing the criminal malice of the false accuser; being thrown in jail with the criminal population and fearing for your life, public humiliation, monetary fines, being on a false sex abuse registry and all the lost opportunities that come with that. Everything that a convicted sex abuse criminal would encounter. That is justice.
