I would always say to fight ethically.... but just for comedic value I would say that you identify as a woman and the system will be so confused nobody will know who to blame.

Imagine two women divorcing..... dear lord the lack of accountability would create a black hole.

I'm not a lawyer. You should talk to your lawyer very soon. I think you need evidence for your accusations to stick.

Get a voice recorder that records non stop. Keep it in your pocket and upload the results to a file storage site you pay for, like Google drive or something. Check your laws. Consider whether you would accept any recording punishments to avoid jail for abuse.

Don't move out. Keep doing things with the kids.

Blind accusations that can be proven false will destroy your credibility and piss off the judge who will be making the call on how things get split. This is not a thing you want to do.

If you can't prove threw a significant amount of evidence somethin. Don't even bring it up.

Right now you're STBX has presented evedence to the Court that they treat you like shit. They have presented evedence they are the asshole in your relationship. You have presented evedence you have acted like an adult.

Just stand there and say your honner. What you have seen here is has been par for the course. She's been completely unreasonable in our marriage and now it continues

Don't do anything that you will have to explain yourself for in court. Best revenge is a good life. My stbx has been spewing bs for over a year now. Just focus on what puts you in a strong position when you stand in front of a judge.

it doesn’t work like that…

you are presumed guilty after an accusation and will have to prove your innocence. she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nothing. She can hurl shit all day and they will eat it up. Your attorney will probably advise not to attack in similar manner. Sucks balls.

My attorney told me to always take the high road and never bad mouth my stbxw. That way I look like the level headed one, and it even helps discredit the other person.

I am not in this situation though, I can imagine it's very hard to hold back.
