Filed in September of 2024 after YEARS of attempting an agreement for a dissolution. She wouldn't agree to anything that wasn't full custody and heavily in her favor financially. She's the higher earner by almost double.

Temporary orders hearing comes in January of 2025, she has an embarrassing day in front of the judge and agrees to my shared parenting schedule before it's over.

Trial begins (because she refuses to agree to anything) in June, surprising move half way through day 1 she agrees to my shared parenting plan in front of the judge, but won't budge financially. Day 2 the judge continues the trial to allow me to add her employer to the complaint because she failed to disclose all assets and her employer failed to appear on a subpeona.

Trial is set to resume in January and now she is attempting to file a counter complaint (to which the judge already said she would not hear if it did not specifically pertain to the discovery issues) for full custody and motions for GAL. There are no grounds other than her greed, but she stands to have to pay me about $1600 a month in CS and about $300k in division of assets. I'm $50k in to this in legal with no end in sight with these antics. It's maddening.
