Hello guys, finally she has been served by the processor today so formally the process has began.Now we have a court hearing next month. What should I expect? I know she’s going to give false allegations of emotional abuse etc but how is that going to hold in court? For me I just want to move on with my life and not try fight her for anything. Want 50/50 custody of my son and that’s all I’m asking. Hopefully she signs the waiver so we can move on to mediation. What should I expect from this hearing?
