Agreed. It’s pretty sad actually. All these men are forcefully trying to suppress their emotional outbursts instead of dealing with anything.

There is a healthy version of “frame” but it applies to men and women. It’s called differentiation, and it’s basically the ability to have a close emotional relationship with someone without being emotionally fused. It requires knowing who you are and what you want, and it’s a difficult road for many to build differentiation. It doesn’t come from STFU or becoming more dismissive / avoidant though.

Holding frame—in the sense of not giving into your emotions during a conflict—is one thing I agree with RP on. RPers take this to mean “become an emotionless, sociopathic robot” but that’s a perversion of “frame.”

Try to suppress emotions like that for the long haul and you will become incredibly miserable and depressed, trust me.

It is one of the greatest issues that could lead to stark deterioration of mental health - and at that point you won't care about getting women or not. You most likely won't get them at that point anyway – it's way easier to get women if you're in touch with your feelings and can better calibrate and assess the situation through them - manage your feelings through meditation (feeling and thus dissolving them), but definitely not through suppression.

When I quit the Red Pill indoctrination I finally allowed myself to feel sad, jealous, or angry. ‘Broke frame’ on the regular. Cried my fucking eyes out and it required different plant medicines. Self love is key, don’t seek it in others and it’s not necessary for everyone to like you.

A healthy frame is necessary. That will prevent you from being a pushover & other walking all over you.

This is discussed in the Rational Male book, however since it does say to suppress emotion. Therefore frame mentioned in the book is useless.

Also I see Red-Pillers take this frame in the sense that they should dictate their partner's life...
