Men who have had no problems finding a girlfriend throughout your life, what sets you apart from the men that do?

This is honestly a thing I've been extremely curious about. There's no single quality I can point to with all these men who just kinda "have it". Some attractive, some aren't. Some ripped, some lean. Some short, some tall. Some fat, some skinny. Some nice, some douchey. Some tattooed, some not. Some very sweet and honest, others totally manipulative and scummy. Some well dressed and others sloppy. Some have their life totally together in terms of money and lifestyle and others are totally the opposite. Some fit the "alpha" stereotype that RP says is the only way to be, but many don't!

The only thing they all have in common is they seem to be really good at connecting with people and women especially. I REALLY don't know what it is.

When I was 19 I met my first girlfriend and our relationship lasted 6 years (lived together for 5). I met her outside in the street while I was performing for people, then I performed for her and we kept talking and blablabla rest of the story.

Then last year I met my girlfriend I am with now at work (we only worked together for 2 months before she left, and we got together several months after that).

The only thing that "set me apart" was that they liked me? I don't really relate to the question, I never tried to set myself apart as if I was competing with other men, I was just myself and because we were compatible, it worked out.

I feel like if someone tries to "set themselves apart" they could easily feel very insecure because someone will always seem more handsome, more funny, more stable job, more socially adept, more confident, more rich, more clear skin, more nicer clothes, more whatever. I think if I had been in that mindset I would have over-done it and not been myself and as a result my girlfriend could have not been attracted to me, because it wouldn't really have been me.

The way that you are now, there is someone out there who wants you like that, you just have to find them.

Its more about the energy you have in yourself than the energy you put out around women. Ive found that just being focused on self energy and self work these past few years, to the point of moving states and really getting into myself that women like a man who is deeper. Again, maybe that is just a certain type as im sure there are some who prefer easy and lighthearted energy. The best thing i can say. Is get in touch with yourself, appreciate the more artistic things in life, and learn how to make an awkward situation into a funny one. Learn to laugh at yourself.

Honestly, for guys who find girlfriends easily, I don’t think they know themselves what sets them apart.

But I can give you some common things I’ve seen: They’re handsome. They are secure and not particularly competitive. They respect women. They connect well with women emotionally. They like the women who like them. (This may be more important than you think.)

Also, it really helps to be in a place where there are slightly more women than men demographically.

It boils down to just being comfortable in your own skin and comfortable around other women. Guys who grew up with sisters or guys with many girl friends catch on to it the quickest.

Depends. If just dating anyone, it's about how they connect. But the ones who date attractive women are obviously attractive themselves.

We don’t sulk about not getting the girl of our dreams, but that doesn’t mean rejection does not sting a bit. We just act. There is no metric, you just take a risk or don’t. If you are funny/goofy (genuinely), make them feel comfortable/safe, have professional goals, and have interests (for me birding and writing) girls will often give you a chance.

Also, just look women in the eye, not in a weird way. Like in a way that makes them know you are listening to them. You can usually gage their interest in you from eye contact (especially on a date).

Height, I'm 6'4", body, train with heavy kettlebells, wardrobe, businesses, cars, money and above all confidence. It also comes to social haunts, I never go out looking for women, normally socialising with men in similar positions. No crap, wandering the bar asking for numbers. More the light to attract the moths, but zero time for the obvious gold diggers.

I don't think I'm that attractive. 6-7 maybe.

But I have no problem talking to women. Relating. Making interesting convo. Etc.

I do have some problem talking to very beautiful women. Mostly because I feel bad. In my mind they get approached constantly and I always feel like they prefer to be left alone. But I'm never sure if this is only in my mind or not.

Anyway I also enjoyed being single a lot. It was fun.

Been in 4 relationships since highschool. 3yrs 3yrs 4yrs 1.5 yrs ongoing. Been single for only about 1 year in that time. Miss it.

I don't have too much problem in dating so I'll chip in. I make decent income and always take good care of my health. That alone put me above average.

While I sort of agree with some of the red pill teaching, I also know this: People always look for a place they can belong to. Men want someone who desire them, women want to be safe and protected. And if you don't stop playing game at some point and try building some place you can belong to, by treating the people around you well, you will be miserable.

Both playing the sexual market and practicing to be a good person so that people would welcome you into their life, are important when it come to dating. Play the sexual market game well and you get a foot in the door, be a good and warm person to be around and you will find happiness.

In my experience, despite having bad experiences in dating, most of the women I dated asked me out, not the other way around. It was simply because I would just talk to women as people, just openly, never bothered to play games or lie or do anything special.

I would not come on to women either, because I genuinely liked talking to women, sane ones. When I talk to men it's different than when I talk to women, these are things I just don't talk about with my best friend. He'd have just laughed if I did haha

I think many men try too hard, for whatever reason, maybe desperation, maybe just not wanting to "blow it". It's like that right, the more you think about something or want something, the less likely you're to get it.

So they go overboard or even come off as desperate or just not dating material. But if you just talk to a woman about anything, usually something interesting that you know about, it usually works out. Of course, there are times when a woman will not be in the mood, so you walk away. Which is also something that many young men don't do.

Of course, there's also the fact that nowadays there are no specific places that you can meet someone, so the best places you can start to just make friends is doing social activities, which men don't do, because of busy work schedule or whatever else.

All of this is only from male perspective because you asked about men. It's a two way street though.

And it's all just IMO. From what I've seen.

Mind you, I'm not some good-looking guy. I'm average at best when I 'clean up'. Which I do because I like being and looking neat and clean.
