I got a lot out of that last post actually, like way more than I expected. Here's what I learned and here are some new opinions I didn't previously have.

BTW I appreciate that everyone except a single user was civil, y'all have gained massive respect from me for that since I know it's not a favorite or popular subject to discuss.

  1. The resentment and jealousy is only directed towards attractive women, or, "women I would date" territory, as explained to me by u/Kaleidoscopefatigue
  2. It's important to understand that this part of my brain is the irrational side, because complaining about other people's possible benefits accomplishes absolutely nothing.
  3. Women obviously have a long list of their own unique issues, and I have to try to empathize as much as possible.
  4. Everyone has problems, regardless of who they are.
  5. Nobody really has it better than anyone else because human nature is to be always wanting more, so these pretty / perfect women that have everything I want most likely don't care about having those things and want different things.
  6. Putting yourself into the shoes of a woman is the quickest way to understand the other side of the grass, because you would be fundamentally different in who you are and what you desire.

Overall coming to this sub was a positive experience for me. I went to another similar sub which was less positive as they were more interested in debating and arguing than being helpful.

If anyone has any more tips or wise words to give, please do.
