Because lve been on test for the last 2 years on and off and dont think its helped me one bit with women. Maybe for some people it helps but for me it doesnt do shit. literlly got more girls in highschool when was low T and a nerd.

That's because personality affects your sex life more than your t-levels.

And sure testosterone influences personality to an extent, but only a small aspect of it and furthermore your t-levels are only a part of the overall system that influences sex drive and male sex characteristics that women find attractive.

That's because testosterone sensitivity which is influenced by other parts of your body matters more than the actual amount of testosterone you have.

A man with lower testosterone numbers but high testosterone sensitivity will likely have more muscle,than a man with high testosterone numbers but low testosterone sensitivity. And so much more.

Don't get so wrapped up in the minutae of biology that you miss the forest for the trees.

It makes an idiot out of people. Like it did in your situation .

I'd be willing to bet when you were a "low T nerd" your testosterone was actually perfectly normal. Unless you were diagnosed with low testosterone or an endocrine problem most people in high school have a well regulated amount of testosterone.

I was into PUA stuff 20 years ago when I was in high school as well.

Didn't help me at all. It made me sound, think and act like a creepy nerd.

I had a lot more success after I did a lot more learning (philosophy, sociology, gender studies etc), self-reflection and became a more well-rounded person.

A few things to work on are:

Do introspection
Be open-minded
Be kind
Have hobbies that are non-PUA, non-dating and non-culture war type stuff.
Be comfortable with yourself.

Testosterone doesn't help you with female attraction. Girls actually find guys with very masculine faces less attractive than guys with more feminine faces. Testosterone can help you with your physique, but you can easily achieve an athletic body optimized for the female gaze without exogenous test, so it's a shortcut at best in that regard.

You could have high T, yet low DHT and Thyroid. Redpill bros get it all wrong for TRT
