One of my exes abused me after I left him (because of his lying and cheating, and gaslighting me that he wasn’t - even though I had firm evidence). He never thought I would actually leave, and when I did, and he realised it was for good, oooh was he mad.

He said something along the lines of “good luck to the next guy who has to deal with you and your shit. You conniving c&$#” ... but it’s been 6 months and he still pops his beady little head up. If I was that bad, why you still come knocking boy?

That’s why you don’t bother listening to their words. Just watch their actions.

So so true. Greta high value woman on YouTube talks about this. And from experience they always do if you were a good person/they were in the wrong.

Men get grass is greener syndrome worse than women in many areas of life (hence more cheating/mid life crisis affairs/ buyers regret etc) once they leave they realize all the good they lost, while women usually never go back, we move on and level up.

Yep he discarded me but when I called his bluff and cut off no contact- I was going to die alone and he kept contacting me for months!! They want us to take their abuse even when they dont technically want us anymore!! They want our self esteem so low we stay on the back burner for them.
