What I've always preferred to say is men think it's all fun and games when they are playing with some women's heart, but they are all hurt and confused when they're finally sincere and the woman in question doesn't believe or trust him. My NVM ex had a daughter.

After enough of his bullshit, I straight up starting asking him "How would you feel if [daughter]'s boyfriend did this to her? How would you reply if she called you crying saying her boyfriend did [thing he did to me]?"

Of course, it was unacceptable for his daughter to be treated that way, but of course, it didn't change his behaviors towards me.

i respect Dave Chappelle as a comedian. Hes not the first man to do this and he wont be the last. He had a segment where he went around New York with a camera man rating women's boobs and he gave the women a blue ribbon badge. He's playing into this character so everyone is laughing. He comes across a young woman, he tells her shes got the best boobs in America and her poor dad and mum are right there as he's demeaning her. the father steps in and says 'I'm her father' in a jokey way. Dave crossed a line but he manages to diffuse the situation, the parents just smile and the daughter is a bit annoyed but is not willing to confront it. years later Dave talks about how hes annoyed his fan keep walking up to him when hes around his kids and shouting 'Hey Bitch' in reference to his Rick James sketch. he has a daughter
