I'm not lying here but my skin has a different glow to it when I don't bother with men for a while, maybe its the lack of stress allowing the vitamins & minerals to flow through my skin better

Is this just me or no

To all those sisters who are working on their skincare routine, here's a few things that help me maintain clear skin.

🥞Drink 2 litres of water every day.

🥞 Exercise at least 4 times a week. I do a combo of cardio and weights.

🥞 Stop snacking and try to cut out some sugar in your diet.

🥞I drink a glass of matcha (powdered green tea) every day. This has lots of antioxidants and helps regulate sebum. Also does not have the crash and slump coffee has.

🥞 Wash my face once a day at night. I use a fragrance free cleansing oil to take off my makeup. I use a thermal mist before moisturizer in the morning as I dont want to overwash my face.

🥞 Wear an SPF 50 if you can everyday. This helps with pigmentation and any acne scars.

🥞 Try using a sulphate free shampoo or one without SLS. I use a sulphate free organic shampoo and I have very soft shiny hair now.

🥞Use a fragrance free moisturizer. If you have dry skin REFRAIN from using oil-free stuff.

🥞I also updated my makeup routine and analysed all the ingredients. If something was irritating my skin, I chucked it out.

🥞Look up irritating ingredients in skincare and chuck out products that contain them e.g. denatured alcohol, essential oils etc.

🥞 I have very sensitive skin so in terms of perfume, I actually only use eau du toillette. I found that eau du parfum kept irritating my skin because it was so strong. My favourite is Marc Jacobs Eau de Decadence.
