Honestly, I just left my ex on read. Negative attention is still attention, and the opposite of love isn’t hate. It’s apathy. He is a textbook LVM and I didn’t want him to be worthy of my time so I just blocked him without a response 😂

My ex tried to get back together after cheating. I kicked him out the night I found out, he supposedly slept on a park bench that night, cradling his Xbox (which is why your name should ALWAYS be on the fucking lease). He called me the next day and cried about being homeless. I told him this is probably why he should have been focused on making friends and not fucking 21-year-olds.

He popped up once around his birthday asking to "kidnap" me. I responded "no thanks" and he got MAD. Some bullshit about how it isn't his fault he's attracted to me and I got maybe a year or two of silence before he tried again.

Blocked on insta, blocked his phone number, forgot to block on snap (I never use it). Then get a notification... “Ex is typing...” but he never actually sent a chat. What a cowardly way to try and get my attention! LMAO!! BLOCKED on snap! Bye!

I don’t block my ex. That way, when he does text (and he does) I can tell him

My ex has been blocked for years (he is disgusting and dated me when I was 16 and he was 23). I occasionally get likes on my Instagram with usernames similiar to the one he uses so I know he is creating fake accounts and liking my pictures to goad me into acknowledging him. Most recently he went INTO MY MOTHER'S WORK and gave her a letter to give to me "explaining his feelings". Nope nope nope. I asked her to throw it out.

Everytime he tries to contact me, the most satisfying and hilarious thing I can do is not respond because I know it drives him crazy not getting the "final word"

I was dating a guy who had a total melt down hissy fit about the possibility of me waiting til marriage for sex. (Honestly, part of me knew I was testing him and he failed horribly.)

I didn’t have FDS at the time so when he apologized I gave him another chance, and then a week later he asked me how I was doing with my “sexual progress.” (Like I needed to work on myself, and it needed to be done that week...) we fought til 4 am the night before a huge interview.

The next day I came to my senses. Blocked him everywhere.

He mailed me a hand written letter. Several pages. All very narcissist trying to pretend to apologized. I burned it and never spoke to him again. It felt so good.

My ex reappeared 4 months ago and again last week. He's not blocked, but he's gets no response from me. Ever! I just discovered FDS from LSA and I love it!! But I'm proud of myself that even before FDS I had started changing my Pickmeisha ways. I think of the things I let slide (no cheating) just to keep him in our LDR facepalm. Nope, not worth it and never gonna happen again. I'm all about strategy for the next relationship.

Oh, and thank everyone for their help in me overcoming the anxiety and butterflies of having a crush on someone. I WAS the type to get nervous when I knew someone was interested. Now I'm like 'nice, for what'. 😆 Ive always had a clear view of what type of relationship I want. And me pandering to a person who JUST started showing interest is not in my view. So why am I nervous? No more. 👍🏼
