I'm in my 40s and it is a red flag to me if he hasn't had a long relationship in the past and lived with someone. I'm not about to be the first try!

Eh your standards are your standards.

Let’s see for me:

Relationships over 1.5yrs with women in the past that went nowhere.
Not ambitious at his job/in life.
Doesn’t have at least 3 hobbies.
Doesn’t take care of his body.
Talks badly about his mom/other women.
Calls any woman a “b&&ch” it’s one thing to use the word if you’re quoting a movie or saying a phrase like “son of a b&&ch” or “he bi&&ch-slapped me.” But if he calls other women b&&ches it won’t be too long before he calls you one.
Refers to any of his exes as crazy.
You’re very different looking than his other exes (are you his type then?)

I know I repeated some of that you said, but that’s what I can think of for now.

I’m 20 and I’ve never dated so seeing other women’s standards are super helpful. I’m not planning on dating until I graduate so 2022 and that gives me plenty of time to figure out my standards and boundaries.

I need ideas.

Right now, it’s the minimum standards like “please don’t be racist.”

I never traveled that’s because I had strict Indian parents growing up and now I have no friends to go with. And that’s on depression lol
