Also, you need to be afraid of guys "bread crumbing" or "carrot sticking" you when you ask them this. If they only bring up the idea of an exclusive relationship every once in awhile, he's not going to commit to you. He's just saying that to keep your hope alive so that you'll keep sleeping with him. He will then leave when he gets bored and then accuse you of being crazy for being upset about it because he "made it clear that this was just casual".
