He "joked" about pulling it out and wanking Infront of a mentally challenged person. Also he said he asked if he could wank Infront of them,but not once did I hear him or the women say they had no problem with that and gave him the green light. Even leaving aside how deranged it is to even say that to a woman, there's no evidence of him having received consent from any of the women. Few said they laughed in disbelief when asked then he simply proceeded to doing it Infront of them with no further warning, one said he started wanking In the middle of a phonecall (again no indication of her okaying it), another said he blocked the door.
