I ended it with a guy a week ago. LDR, suddenly his mask dropped after dating about four months and a fistful of red flags started waving at me. I broke it off, cut off social media links, but he keeps popping up. He's blocked on my phone, I blocked his email, and today he's sent me something from his work email. It's an attempt at emotional manipulation, but it feels sinister since he just won't let up. I have not replied to him since last Tuesday.

I'm pissed. He needs to leave me the hell alone but I'm not sure if replying to this recent goading is the right choice. I've advocated for grey rocking in the past but I am just so fucking angry right now. Grrrrrrrr
