Those are terms that LVM use for themselves as they wallow in self-pity - that some women use ironically against shitty men who happens to be short. I don't see many ladies here that would use such words to describe a genuinely good man who happens to be short.
Also, he is sitting down and you don't see his legs, what makes you think he is short? Because he is Asian? Might be worthwhile to examine those biases.

I would be thrilled to be married to a wonderful high-value short man. Unfortunately, all the short man I've met have just tried to use me for sex so now my 6-4 boyfriend is the way I'm going.... the height doesn't matter, it's the attitude. I actually wanted to date one of these short guys but he just wouldn't take it to the next level or even try to get to know me at all. Short doesn't mean he's high-value...

It's the going out of her(?!) way that's the issue here. Actively trying to 'find proof', engage in a truth and fact finding expedition that will support her claims and viewpoint and cater to her agenda.
Whilst disregarding the post these comments referred to, the female lived experiences of the women who wrote them, the context and pretty much everything tha that didn't suit her.
Assigning meaning, singling out specific part(s) of a comment or issue to promote her issue, only focusing on the negative while completely dismissing the positive or neutral.
I could go on for ages regarding cognitive distortions...
The amount of research and time devoted is concerning to say the least.
