OLD is a free for all. It’s a fluke if you end up finding a HVM in the wild. They get snatched up pretty quickly though…

HVM are pretty hard to find using OLD or IRL.

Through social/professional circles. It allows you to observe them in an environment where they are not "on" looking for a date so you can more easily gauge where they stand on the spectrum. There is already a facade being created when the forum for meeting someone is intended for dating/sex. Remove that foundation and you can find higher quality men.

That said, it may be much harder because options/access is much more limited.

HVM aren’t in any one place. They’re dispersed amongst all the LVM and NVM. FDS only helps you to recognise when and how to discard a man from your dating roster when he does not meet your standards, and how to recognise a HVM when you see one (and keep him). It saves you wasting time on a LVM as soon as you see the first red flag - whether that’s on his dating profile bio or a year down the line.

The only way you stand a chance of finding a HVM is by not looking for one. Date men, discard them when they prove to be LV. Meanwhile, get on with levelling up. A true HVM will not want to be with a LVW, and he certainly won’t be spending all his time looking for a girlfriend. A HVM will be spending his time and energy on himself until one day he comes across a likeminded woman he wants to spend his life with. For this reason, it’s less likely you’ll find him to be very active on dating apps.

High value women don’t spend all their time wondering where they’ll find a man.

I think there are things you can do to position yourself to meet good men (joining social or professional groups, volunteering, patronizing museums, etc.), but that at the end of the day there’s a lot of luck involved.

I know several people who ended up in marriages with so-far HVM they met on ~Tinder~. I can’t keep Hinge on my phone for any longer than a week at a time because of scrub overload.

I really and truly wish that people would stop asking this.

If you are coming in this community asking how to find a man, I question if you will actually take the lessons imparted here to heart.
