I was flipping through a tv streaming service today and saw a show called “Beauty and the Geek” that I guess is a reality dating show featuring model-tier women with fugly nerds.

There would never be a show with “unattractive” women dating hot men. If they did, they would fetishize it, such as another show I saw on the same streaming service that had 500+ pound women whose boyfriends fetishized their obesity and try to make them gain even more weight.

There is no bar anymore for men’s appearance. It went through the floor and all the way to the basement. They don’t even have hygiene anymore. Basic things like showering, dental care, clean clothes and hair cuts. They don’t do that.

I may not be superficial or choose my partner purely based on looks only, but it's really important to me. You don't have to have 11 pacs or look like Keanu Reeves , just be well-groomed, dress well, be well put together and take care of your body. It's not too much to ask. Women are visual creatures too, we love a good looking and nice smelling man.
