Most of this piece I agree with. But, there are two points that I take issue with: 3. Declaring that you are in the "Friend Zone."

Men’s stories about the friend zone often paint the man as a caring guy who isn’t getting what he deserves in return: sex.

Taking a page from Drew. I don't think that guys who complain about the Friend zone are really after sex per-say. If that is what they wanted, they could just go to bars and clubs like everyone else does. I think that what they want is an intimate relationship. That isn't quite the same thing as friendship. https://medium.com/@alpenglowmemory/looking-back-on-the-nice-guy-when-criticism-of-men-reinforces-negative-gender-assumptions-4160c8f91342 Edit: Its also pretty silly to gender the phenomenon of the "Friendzone" as something that only guys experience, even in their own minds, when there are articles telling men how to put women in the friendzone, and articles telling women why they are in the friendzone. https://pandagossips.com/posts/1401 https://phyliciamasonheimer.com/girl-in-the-friend-zone/

and 4. "Using Sexist Language."

The descriptions ‘feminine’ and ‘girly’ are pretty commonly used as insults. But ‘masculine’ traits are seen as a good thing. We say things like ‘take it like a man’, or ‘man up’, when we’re describing courage and toughness. But phrases like ‘don’t be such a girl’ are used to insult, and draw comparisons between being feminine and weak.

I actually do agree that using feminine descriptions to imply weakness is wrong. However, we actually do imply that masculine traits are bad all the time: Like with the insults "meathead" and "dickhead."
