It's clear he's only a men's dating coach and not a dating coach. He's using the tried and true " work harder, loser" motivation style that draws men a lot because it says that they have more control over their Destiny than they actually do.

My thoughts are: he looks like a conservative “pull yourself by your bootstraps” male dating coach, so it tracks that he thinks the problem is personal responsibility. In addition he is doing the “pick me” thing where he validates prejudice against single men to appeal to others.

Nothing new under the sun. They're always talking without any empathy for lonely men. They talk as if there was no « loneliness epidemic », yeah sure it's always that's been completely made-up apparently.

I do agree that men should also be taught how to deal with it, you can't really blame others for what happens in your life, that's not going to make things better. But considering some of the words that they've chosen and even given the answers ... It's really just about making yourself look good in front of women. And that's not what people are interested.

Like, they even make fun of the « grind mindset », I don't really get it. Somehow they think that men focusing their energy on work and gym is bad, instead of focusing on friends ?

I mean, friends don't need THAT much focus, that's the point. Maintaining a relationship can be hard and to feel valuable, better work on your situation. I really don't understand why they think that making fun of that will make things better.

At least if you really think that's bad, talk to them about that. Explain why it's bad and give an alternative.

But no, they make fun of it like « haha it's so contradictory », they're patting each other on the back, doing nothing but making the discussion even more polarizing.

This kind of generalizations are useless. There is no such thing as the "typical woman" or the "typical man". let alone the "typical man who blames women". Talking about men who blame women without considering the kind of experiences that they've had is rubbish. Self pity does exist, but saying that every man who has complaints to make against the sweet little angels is indulging in self pity is ludicrous.

This maybe an unpopular opinion but while yes I agree in general red pill/mgtow aren't healthy mindsets, I'm not gonna lie & say there isn't some grain if wisdom to learned in that space provided you keep your whits about you. There's even channels that might technically be considered rp but are far more nuanced than that. They deal with men's issues & try to illustrate modern female mindsets & overall female nature. They talk about rp but frame it as not good but also a defensive reaction to women's outrageous standards & demands of men.

I actually think younger women (zoomers & alpha) are actually paying attention to rp and "feminist/misandrist" content & rejecting feminism more because of it. Hell some of the fastest growing demographic in Men's Rights & men's issues content seems to be women in their 20s & very early 30s. Girls feminists label as "pick-mes" despite statistics showing every subsequent generation of women rejecting feminism at ever increasing rates.
