For anyone wondering, I do a 3 day a week powerlifting schedule and box 5 days a week. I have it at a low weight as I’ve just been trying to get back into it, but will definitely add more weight soon.

For supplements I take creatine with pre-workout before my workout and creatine/protein shake after. Just tryna get big again.

Hey, there ya go. I use weights I made by pouring cement in 5gal buckets and ammo cans myself. I got some second hand equipment for dirt cheap, too off OfferUp and Letgo. I got two Olympic bars and 400lbs of plates for $150. I feel like I lucked out on those, though.

Precisely. We had a similar set up in basic training. Steel bar with concrete-filled paint xans in the barracks. We were told that we were to stay in bed after lights out but, if we should be up using the latrine and happen to pick the bar up and put it down a few times that we wouldn't be faulted. Same if we were on fire guard. We got strong. You do what you have to do. It is similar to how Lou Ferrigno started out. Adapt and overcome. Good luck on the workout.
