This notion needs to die. If you don't know what you are getting into then you shouldn't consent, period. If theres something about taking a dick in the ass, mouth, or puss that you're not sure you want to do then you shouldn't be consenting in the first place. Plus with feminists they believe that consent can be revoked after the fact, after the sex is finished and both parties go on their merry way. Any law that states that consent can be revoked at any time should be removed, the only excuse for that shit is BDSM where one can be pushed to their limits and need to stop, and there's safe words for that.

Perhaps these apps can have a BDSM mode where you enter the agreed-upon safe word and if it hears that safe word it automatically kills the consent with a timestamp of when the safe word was used.

The whole premise of the app is stupid. If that app were to work in court, this would imply that consent 1 time would validate every instance of sex that happens within X amount of time. Legit rapes could be thrown out because "Oh you agreed the first time, so that means you agreed to every other time after that." It would also be possible to force women to agree to sex under duress. "Push the app consent thing or I stab you."

It just doesn't work. The idea sounds nice until you walk through it to see if there is any situation where the app would be a valid legal defense against a real or false rape claim.

The real solution would be innocent until proven guilty, but we know that would never happen because then it would favor men. One party says a rape occured, one says it was consensual, there is no third witness, therefore it's impossible to prosecute any case of rape. This is why dates had chaperones in the old days.

From July 1st having sex with someone without their explicit consent in Sweden will be illegal (the law will treat consent as possible either through words or clear actions).
This means that unless the sex is fully voluntary, it will be considered a criminal act, whether or not violence or threats were used.
It is not only required to get consent for the sex act, but to also get consent for "any new stage" in the sex act (like changing positions).

Several apps have been introduced where you "sign" a contract before the sex act. This wont solve anything though as it is easy to imagine things go out of hand and then afterwards the man have a signed contract saying it was voluntary. Now we are back to "she said he said" again and the contract if anything only helps the man.

I just can't wait for the chaos to begin. (brings out popcorn).

*PS: law scholars have heavily criticised the law as it does not fix the "she said he said" problem and actually puts more focus on the woman and what they did or did not do.
