So in my job I had two women managers above me and a female owner. Naturally I did most of the "heavy lifting" both literally and figurative. We had a small retail part of the biz and I noticed on the reporting sheets that we were constantly reordering product without it reflecting in our sales.

So naturally I started looking into it and I found that the desk manager was stealing (cash and merchandise. Helping herself to whatever, her boyfriend helping himself, her kids also). One day she pocketed a $20 and I finally had indisputable evidence of it on camera (whereas before, it was a little harder to prove).

Anyway, long story short I took the evidence to the other manager (who did all the HR, hiring, payroll etc). I got called into the main office a couple days later and confronted by the manager who was stealing. Who sat and gave me excuses as to why she wasn't, "it was just a misunderstanding" (it wasn't, but I let it slide. If no one cared, then I wasn't going to care).

A couple weeks later I got my termination letter for "undermining management."

I am mgtow, and as such am not worried about money or finding a new job. I wasn't really thrilled about the job I had, except that the hours were favorable and flexible and most of the time I worked alone. So it's not really a loss. I look forward to spending a few weeks on unemployment and enjoying this last little bit of nice weather before winter.

But, I wanted to share.

TL;DR: got fired for "undermining" my boss when I reported her for stealing.
