On the other hand, hard work seems to be relatively poorly rewarded these days. No wonder that people are desperate for shortcuts -- whether it's women with OnlyFans or guys with crypto scams or drug dealing or whatever.

The best about it? They graduate in a STEAM subject and after that, they marry their husband and get a kid. Now the interesting part starts: they want to be a SAHM and that for many years, because often they want more kids.
So, the state put all their money and resources in women in STEM and they still want to be a SAHM and finally they will never work in their graduated field. While young men get rejected because we have to push more women in said subject. What a fucking waste of resources and a throwback of society. These rejected men could work and try to make this planet a better place through technology.

Stop hyping STEM.

STEM is a dead-end in the USA.

75% of STEM degree holders in the USA are working outside of STEM due to the bad STEM job market. That's 11 million people.

So, when we have people trying to hype STEM as a possibility for women to get into, women flood into STEM and oops, no jobs for them. Then they whine about the "patriarchy" instead of railing against the scammers who talked them into STEM.

onlyfans is the path least resistant. No waiting. No job applications. No interviews. Money transfer is fast. They don't need to drive to work. They don't need anything else other a camera and the ability to shake their ass. The really cunning women would know how to sweet talk their viewers and stroke their egos into more donations.

STEM is hard work. You have to be smart, persistent and patient (it takes years). It also costs money upfront (you gotta pay the college/university). After all of that struggles, you have to deal with job applications. If you're lucky you might get called into interviews to only to be rejected in the end. Keep in mind not everyone will make it and graduate with a degree. Honestly, it's a shit show all around.

Dignity is something a female will readily throw away for money. So I think it's a no-brainer for them.

STEM is less money than sex work, much more difficult and you don't get any validation and attention from it. STEM workers are largely just in a laboratory or office all day, they get no recognition for their work and they are busting their ass for little reward. A sex worker can do 10 hours "work" a week and make more money. It's no surprise why so many more women want to go into sex work. Not because many of them necessarily want to do it, but because the alternatives are so much worse (in their view).

Because in order for women to effectively do STEM they have to be a triple exception:

1) have the intelligence for it

2) go against biological predispositions to work with things instead of people

3) have a high functioning personality to prefer work over not working, which is even harder for women since they are naturally less interesting, less interested, and lazier.

1 most women factually won't have the intelligence to get an education in STEM.

2 is factual actually, I found the meta-study jordan peterson (or one of them) was talking about with regard to women choosing jobs working with people over things the more 'egalitarian' a society becomes.

3 falls under the category of behavioral genetics.

Add all that to the fact that the wage gap exists only because of lifestyle choices and that those choices show how women work as little and ineffective as possible to not working at all, and you have all the reasons why women don't do STEM. Any woman you see in STEM is an exception, even more so those who actually meaningful work.

It's no surprise, we know all women are whores, it's their evolution (or lack thereof really), and they will always take the easy way out when given the choice, you should never expect the opposite, those are only exceptions, and exceptions do not make the rule.
