This is amazing, and I'm seeing it more and more.

I was fat when I was younger. I ate a lot after my mother divorced my father and forced me and my brother to come live with her.

I was fat from probably age 10 to age 19(was sitting around 245lbs) before losing 100 lbs. I've now kept it off for 14 years.

I can understand how kids can get fat(don't know how to control their urges, not getting exercise, may not necessarily care about their appearance).

But what we're seeing is people who are not OLD, but are gaining tons of weight in their early 30s. I'm not talking about 5-10 lbs. I'm talking like 25+ pounds in a year.

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU EATING?! Can't you see yourself in the mirror?

Maybe it's because I was fat when I was younger, but the second I see the scale hit a number, I freak out and hit the gym even harder(sometimes I skip the gym for a few months at a time).
