I don't understand fat people. I was born in the 80s and ever since then, all that a child is exposed to is JACKED pro wrestlers or JACKED super heroes. There was no other option in my mind about how a guy should look. I've worked out non stop since age 14 or 15.

Btw if anyone wants to sculpt themselves, the primary thing you want to worry about is your diet. If you're eating like shit then it doesn't matter how much you go to the gym. You'll look like shit.

being single realllllllllllly helps my motivation. The relationship weight gain is real...but it is no longer a concern.

the gym has been hella crowded lately... it didn't seem that bad the first week after new years... I think people were so lazy they started their new years resolutions a week late.

My guy I’ve started back up at the gym and constantly bum myself for getting out of the gym. Lifting size and energy is so low when you start back out.

I use to run like 7 miles a day back in HS. I recently decided to get back in shape and now run about 3-4 miles every day. I'm about 10 lbs lighter since mid december.

One important thing to note also. In the end, if you want to lose weight, you need to make sure your daily calorie intake is less than what is recommended (which is 2000ish for me without exercise). Exercising won't mean anything if you're still overeating.

Cut out sugary drinks and beer from your diet. Focus on just drinking water. I started with this and lost a ton of weight.

Remember that getting into shape will not happen overnight. Learn to be consistent, have patience. In the end, the long term rewards and benefits will be worth it.

In 2018, Feb 17, i weighed 112kg (~240lbs) at 1.83m (~6.1 ft). After 9 months i was at 78kg (~150lbs). Now back up to 87kg and some more muscle. 2020 dec ill have my flat stomach.
