Legally, it depends on where you live and what the law is there surrounding common-law cohabitation. Where I live, living together for two years as a couple effectively makes you married.

Next. She's caught and you should not expect any truth to come out of her unless you discover it first. Yes it's all your fault and you need to rip the beta in you out and become a better man. But without a marriage and kids around I'd kick her out.

Logistically I'd sit her down and tell it's over because you can't trust her. Be matter of fact and unemotional. Tell her she's got to go and give her 30 days to find a new place or you'll start on eviction.

Talk to a lawyer and see what your options are.

Agree with the comments here. Yes, she cheated. Talking to, texting and calling another guy is cheating. If she hasn't fucked him already, she is going to. If she isn't going to fuck him, she will fuck someone else.

And yes, all women have a plan B in case something happens to their "primary" guy. All women at least think about, consider, what would happen to them or what they would do if their husband/primary man suddenly disappeared for whatever reason because of the "D"s: death, disability, divorce, debilitation.

Tell her to get the fuck out. Give her a deadline, and make it clear that if her shit isn't out of your house by then, it'll end up on the front lawn. Then follow through. You and everybody else knows that if you hadn't caught her, it would only be a matter of time before she fucked the guy (if she hasn't already).

Man tough spot bro. Lucky you don't have children. For her to basically beg to stay with you is telling me she is probably not actually cheated on you yet. I suspect she was making a plan B. Are you ready to go ahead and get divorced over this? I mean its going to get messy man really messy. Again I disagree with the squawk box. All women have a backup guy. Read "The Key Logger" before you do anything drastic.
