The lyrics of the song are basically about the blurred line the woman faces between flirting and staying faithful, I don't see how making the observation 'you know you want it' is offensive, like if I'm on a diet and someone sees me looking at a piece of chocolate and they say 'you know you want it' I'm not being raped, I'm being teased

Just a note:

Neither of the songs mentioned in the screenshot promote rape. 'Bang Bang' doesn't promote rape and 'Blurred Lines' doesn't either. Some people are just so obsessed with rape that they see it in everything.

If you do count prison rape... Ballpark 70/30 m/f victims, 70/30 m/f perpetrators.

I think anyone who holds an opinion like ol' greenie there, I think they know they can say absolutely anything at all and as long as they say historically and rape in there somewhere, it makes any idea palatable. I think they get a tiny smirk on their soul right before they do it, too. Equal treatment is something each and every one of us leaned in Kindergarten. We know when we're being fair and when we're taking advantage.
