Patriarchy theory and critical race theory both have roots in the Frankfurt School’s cultural Marxism, which has essentially morphed into modern day identity politics especially embraced by liberals.

Modern day identity politics are based in the idea that some people are universally oppressed because of a demographic characteristic they have while people are universally oppressors based on a demographic attribute they have, individual realities not really seen as relevant.

Whether the claim is women are universally oppressed by all men, whites oppress blacks, Jews oppress Palestinians, it’s all identity politics, which can be traced back to the influence of the Frankfurt school, and is embraced by Democrats far more than Republicans.

Democrats have to be replaced by a more adequate party, just like it happened with the British Liberal party a century ago. They have effectively fused with a few target groups that won’t tolerate any ideological compromises. They aren’t even real leftist anymore, on economic policies dems are as bad as reps, the only difference is in their stance on identity politics. A pluralist party with labor reforms agenda would massacre them in the polls.

Yes they use feminism as a tool for appealing to the misandrists and the far-left liberals, because while I really don't like Trump that much, their candidates in the last years where incompetent, clueless and unfit for ruling america, and that's the only thing they can find to appeal to that specific demography when they aren't using race.

The only reason feminism has spread like it has is because of the political push from the left. Without that artificial propping up by the government it would be much more fringe. The left use schools to indoctrinate people to be a cult member of the left and to be a feminist among other things. They also crack down on free speech which is another thing that is an obstacle for feminism.

Overall just a dirty rotten bunch.

I am not a Republican or a Conservative. I'll tell you why: I believe in affordable healthcare, affordable public higher education, the idea that we should fund schools well, I like the idea of collective bargaining/unions for workers. I think teachers who do a valuable service should be paid well. I am a higher end earner, but I think the ultra rich should pay their fair share in taxes, and I'm not keen on a billionaire who is unelected slashing and burning our government. I am pro choice, because I think abortion is complicated and I do not want to legislate my morality onto others. I also think that LGBT people deserve equality under law.

You do not need to agree with me. I didn't sign up for the feminist agenda. However, I resent the idea that men's rights is a Republican or Conservative idea.

They're playing the moral judge. The problem with them is that they will do anything to be superior moralist. It's not hard to be the moral judge when you're judging others, when you don't have to actually fix issues. This is for example the issue with the woman and Taliban. They love promoting women's rights in Afghanistan, but they seem to forget that the Americans were fighting there in the past. None of them will die for their rights, but it's always one of the issues mentioned in order to justify their own actions.

This is similar in the economy. It's important to have women in STEM, representation in politics or society in general, etc. Feminists and Democrats are very alike in the sense that they are only fixated on rights, never duties. When there aren't enough people in the lower class workforce, there is no mention of that and that men are and always have been representative there. Conversations about gender equality in the workforce is only relevant in the higher echelon. You could go on about collective responsibilities that requires certain groups of people to make sacrifices, but it won't matter much. Because people are individualistic and single now.

Realistically, who wants to work for very little money for the rest of their life out of collective duty? There are so many issues that Democrats won't tackle and aren't able to tackle without sacrifice. Someone mentioned the anti-male propaganda by the democrats before, but also how they will promote some form of masculinity that entirely consists of making societal sacrifice and duties to take care of women in society. I thought we were supposed to walk away from gender roles? Something that Feminism has been promoting for decades. Someone also mentioned that a lot of democrats are feminist. Democrats are stuck in-between the realm of gender roles and no gender roles. They don't know how to promote sacrifice in society in an altruistic way to individuals. It's not much of heroic sell that they think it is, especially to men.

We can, broadly speaking, divide the gods into three categories: natural, supernatural, and artificial. The supernatural is those that most people think of when they use the word "god"- Yahweh, Zeus, Mazda, etc. The natural are those that unquestionably exist, but which people balk at calling "gods"- but bow and sacrifice to all the same (and if it walks like a god and quacks like a god...): Power, Pleasure, Status, etc.

What you're dealing with here are the artificial gods; specifically, the subset that forms the backbone of modern ideology. The most popular and fervently worshiped of such gods, at least in the West, is The Almighty Dollar- and if you think that's just a phrase, conduct a simple experiment: stand on the overpass of a busy street, looking down, and toss, one at a time, several $1 bills (or your local equivalent). You'll see people risking their lives running out into the street to grab what they could obtain with a few minutes' work, and if the police come, they'll likely confront YOU, rather than the fools engaging in a brutal and dangerous worship rite that predates human civilization.

What does all this have to do with your question? Simple: you're trying to reason with religious fanatics. At best, that's a waste of your time; more likely, it's an actual source of danger, since it turns their anger on you. Just avoid them. You have as much chance of getting through to one as you do to Osama Bin Laden.

While I completely agree with you about how Feminists act in such toxic ways, I personally don't think it makes sense to compare them to Democrats at all.

It sounds like the main point you are trying to make from this comparison more or less, is how extreme, aggressive, and unreasonable feminists and democrats can be.

However I would argue that Republicans are much more extreme/aggressive and unreasonable.

Also I guess I am left wondering what is even the point in making such a comparison even if it is true?

Does this hold some sort of significance for you? Does this change anything? What do you hope this post will do?

not trying to tell you how to vote but since you did bring up the subject not every democrat is anti male or even feminist and not even every feminist is anti male and some republicans are feminist to and many republicans are anti human or at least poor humans anyways.

I had an argument with a feminist at one point that was very much like this. I think I disarmed her when I found a way to use her own words to declare her to not be a real person or something like that. (It was a while ago and on a different site so I can’t remember all the details) Anyway at some point while she was still all concerned about the accusation I’d levied against her. She finally admitted what her real issue was with what I said and consequently it became obvious that she was projecting and that she was a misogynist. From now on I’m going to be using that experience to cut through all the lies and just try to force them to admit that they are projecting.

While true, it is a bit narrow thinking. There is a strong link between feminism and the Democratic party, but reductive 'if x then y' reasoning is a hallmark of all the major parties. Being easily manipulated and falling for the left/right, Democrat/Republican paradigm is what got us in this mess in the first place. Now you can come to the conclusion that since the Democratic platform is openly anti-male and actively harms men by design and the Republican platform is only pro-women and only incidentally harms men, then voting (for what little good it may do) is in your best interest, that is perfectly fine. So while modern feminism may indeed be an arm of the Democrats or visa versa, just don't make the mistake of thinking any political party promotes fairness, sound thinking, etc. or in any way actually cares about you.

You’re a man and you disagree with divorce courts and criminal sentencing favoring women ? You think equality means women are also drafted? You’re a sexist misogynistic incel.

i personally think neither should be drafted and it should be 100% voluntary to serve in the military

You’re against abortion ? You must clearly support rape and hate women

you might not hate women but I think it's odd to refuse women the right to remove something from her body and cause her to endure labor (which is extremely painful) against her will.

Feminism is an attempt to get back at God. At least that's what my naive stupid-ass thinks.

God made it so women don't control whether they get pregnant or not. Women look around "Who controls if I get pregnant then ?", "Men do."
So they try to cripple men to the point where even biology cannot act anymore. Truth is they wanna ban intimacy for men, or ban men altogether.

Because of that biological weakness, it is impossible for a woman not to be a feminist - feminism is what keeps her alive.

Out of fear of my own body turning against me at a man's command, I have once been a scared insecure feminist.

Now I don't hate men or the "patriarchy".

I just hate God. Honestly. For making me into the enemy of the species I'm supposed to love. I'm unhinged enough to want to change my biology myself. After all it's the only other option apart from literally killing men.

Most people have a poor understanding of feminism. The type of feminism I see often discussed here is radical. True feminism wants men and women to be equal, yet y'all seem to forget this type of feminism exists🤦🏽‍♀️
