Hello, longtime lurker here. So, we just had a 'gender studies' seminar earlier. It was about a myriad of feminist problems, like the male patriarchy and how to abolish it, women and rape, pay gap & women homemakers, and sexual harrasment and how it affects women. I personally wouldn't have attended it if it wasn't a requirement for graduation.

Anyway, a lot of drama happened at the seminar. I won't delve into things, but there were some male students who were insulted, to say the least. Particularly how rape can only be done by men. They aired it all out at the open forum part of the segment, and the speaker got a little frustrated thanks to them.

At the end of the seminar, our vice principal, who is not a nice fellow, gives us a 'reflection' paper to do regarding the gender studies seminar we had just attended. We are to submit it tomorrow, and it is also a requirement for graduation, not to mention is equivalent to a term paper. We were given questions to answer for the paper.

The questions are a little absurd to me, here they are: 1. Why is gender sensitivity important in boosting our labor sector and economy

  1. How can gender sensitivity as a culture produce and environment conducive to working

  2. What are the possible ways to eradicate fully sexual harrasment

I'm curious as to how you guys will answer this.

Aaand, I need help answering it. How do I answer this topic? I want to write something scathing, such as how I think this is all bullshit, but I don't want to get in trouble when I'm already graduating. How do I answer this in such a way that I don't offend to feminist sensibilities of the vice principal, who will be reading the paper, but still expresses the view of men's rights?

Edit: thanks for all the replies and answers guys! I really appreciate it. Hopefully they won't call me in when they read my paper.
