What they fail to forget is that they needed to use a female egg and plant the zygote into a female mouse in order for this supposed "male only" experiment to work. This is not groundbreaking science, everything we know about reproduction tells us this it's possible, it's just that nobody considered wasting their time on this before. However, with the trans push there is now a need to "scientifically prove cutting your dick off is totally a good idea" and so they made two male mice mate, sort of, most of the process required a female, but two males were involved.

How do they turn cells into eggs? and I get the sperm part so for the mice these were all test tube babies?

OK let say in 20 years they are able to make this where gay men can have kids with out surrogate. My feelings is that this will just put away and notion of traditional family that is already dead in the west.
