I get that mansplaining is overused as a term and thrown around in situations where it really has no relevance. However, it mainly applies to situations where one presumes a woman hasn't fully understood something because she is a woman. If she happens to be a woman who genuinely doesn't understand the concept and you as a man understand it better, that's not mansplaining
