Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

But there were just 1,557 rape prosecutions in the 12-month period for 2020-21, down from 4,643 for 2015-16.

Because to prosecute 4643 cases a year they were withholding exonerating evidence and railroading innocent men. Men held in jail for years or that paid hundreds of thousands of pounds in legal fees had their cases dropped the day before trial when they refused to plead guilty and their lawyers were presented with additional evidence that cleared them the police had in their possession the whole time. Scotland Yard had to reinvestigate cases of already convicted men. The head of CPS was forced to step down. She was the only head of CPS in over a century to not get an award from the royal family for her service. It was a scandal. But that's what feminists are trying to return to.

Im so sick of this country right now. America looks like it may be finally waking up to the feminist lie after the Johnny Depp trial. But in Britain its just getting worse by the day. Its awful being a straight white male in Britain. Just awful. Nothing but hate on us in the media, nothing but news of more erosion of our basic rights everywhere.

[–]tiger_woods_is_goat 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah man it's really fucking annoying, not to mention how destructive it is for society in general. Hang in there, man!

[–]ijustdontcare74 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The reason the numbers are down in 2020-21 is because the courts were closed. To say it’s because of any other reason is a lie. Feminists are using the pandemic to force through kangaroo courts where men will be guilty until proven innocent and even then their lives will be ruined.

[–]duhhhh 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Covid was a factor. But they have consistently dropped after a string of cases collapsing at the last minute due to hidden exonerating evidence, the Scotland Yard investigation, and Alison Saunders resigning as head of CPS.

Sounds like sales target which i see in companies this should not be the case in courts

[–]Abigale_Munroe 24 points25 points26 points 4 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

This will compel cases with weak evidence to be pushed through and prosecuted. Innocents will end up sentenced to prison even moreso than already happens.

Kangaroo courts with pre-recorded testimony and no chance for due process and cross examination. This is what US feminists are softening college students up for. Expanding college kangaroo rape tribunals to the general public.

[–]63daddy 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It boggles my mind that we’ve reached a point that denying the accused proper due process is being sold as a good thing.

It’s also problematic when we start trying different cases by different standards.

[–]odysseytree 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

They are hoping to increase annual convictions by speeding up number of trials. It still won't work. The low conviction rate is not because of less prosecution rate, it's because there are too many incentives to falsely accuse someone.

Currently, CPS don't prosecute baseless accusations because these accusations never lead to conviction so they pass only those cases which have some ground. CPS pays £44,000 just for filing the police report of rape without requiring any evidence. You can buy a luxury car with that money. If you act very good, court cannot prosecute you for prejury unless you admit it that you lied. CPS knows about this free money scam but they won't do anything to address it because CPS gets to keep its statistics high in exchange for a little loss of money to liars.

Quantity not quality. They want to lynch men all day and night long.

1.3 percent of 67,125 rape offences recorded by police lead to prosecution

(I'm sure there's nothing to question about the "rape offences" category there...)

Low proportions of a men's issue is proof that nothing needs to be done. but low proportions of a women's issue is somehow proof that more needs to be done.

Sounds like protected class bullshit to me.

[–]DanteLivra 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

More convictions -> more identified cases of sexual assault -> more hysteria about "the war on women" -> more ideologically driven legal actions -> around and around it goes.

[–]DavidByron2 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is why you need to vote "not guilty" in rape cases. They aren't part of the justice system any more. They're propaganda vehicles. You may not see all the information that would help to establish innocence because that would be politically inconvenient.

[+]JohnTerricone -9 points-8 points-7 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

Rape trials can take years and many people just drop the charges so they can move on with their life without thinking about their victimization.

This will speed those things up so that more rapists will actually get trials to determine innocent or guilt. That's a huge win for men. They will have a faster trial and not go through years of not knowing.

It's also a win for women who wont have to prolong their victimization when they were raped.

[–]odysseytree 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

UK excludes men from the definition of rape so these special court will be only available for women.

[–]Imaginary-Luck-8671 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

But you don't have to wait years in doubt before spending your life in a cage getting raped due to a lie from some rando bitch.

That doesn't sound better to you? /s

[–]Viesegel 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's only a huge win for men if they don't rush to a guilty verdict.

[–]Imaginary-Luck-8671 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

yeah, they seem to be forgetting that it's not about finding the truth of the matter to the prosecution, it's finding any excuse to win and increase their conviction rate.

[–]Mode1961 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

more rapists will actually get trials to determine innocent or guilt

Do you see the irony in that statement and how these special courts are wrong?

[–]TheSnesLord 10 points11 points12 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That's a huge win for men.

Depends on the procedure. If it's the same procedure as a "normal court of law" with due process then maybe it's a win.

However if these specialist Courts are seeking to just raise conviction rates through bias and different procedures in order to stat-pad statistics, then it's very worrying times for men. In the article, the fact that the supposed "rape victims" do not even have to be cross-examined live in Court (they can be recorded) shows that the procedure has changed.

[–]killcat 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If it's like Spain, where the Judges get "special training" or the one they want to set up in NZ where the accuser can't be cross examined not so much.

[–]Joe_Immortan 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That only works if you can afford a good defense lawyer

[–]Marty-the-monkey -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not to mention during the trial the innocent men are still under suspension by the public, so this could exhortate them faster.

[+]pumpkinpeopleunite -6 points-5 points-4 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I don't understand how you can read this article and come to the conclusion that they are planning on: "throwing justice and legal rights 'out of the window' to increase convictions"? Do actually have anything to back up your assertion?

[–]duhhhh 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

They are probably assuming because that is exactly what happened the last time CPS tried to get convictions up a decade ago.

[–]TheSnesLord 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

1) It's been reported numerous times before that the CPS wants to raise the conviction rates.

2) According to the article, some parts of the procedure has changed, such as allowing supposed "victims" to record their statements and cross-examinations instead of having to make them live in Court. That alone is bias in favour of the "victim" already, which does set the tone.

[–]Mode1961 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If they are not trying to tip the scales, then why would they need a special court? After all, they are going to need judges etc. for these 'special' trials, iow, they have to get them from somewhere, and they are going to take those people away from other courts to this special court and create a large redundancy

[–]DirtyPartyMan 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And it makes absolute sense if Men are viewed as a monetary resource by the state.

States have Contracts with Private Prison systems. Those contracts assure a certain level of expected generated income from products (you) per contract. Why else are minor Pot offenders still serving sentences in states where recreational use is legal?

Gentlemen…..we are products. We are revenue generators. There is little to no fairness in the courts for Men.

[–]rahsoft 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

really ?

so people like mark pearson would never get a fair trial would they..

would these specialist rape courts prosecute women?

bet you not
