I think the whole concept of alimony is stupid, nobody should get paid to divorce. It really sends the wrong message when you set it up to make breaking someone's heart such a lucrative venture.

it was not cool that she had the baby all the time and was a bonafide professional player too. It appears that he was unfair to her from the beginning. I know she is probably hurt, but she is much better off. What a loser. Ain't no way in hell I'd ever charge the mother of my child (who has been caring for my black child in cold hard Russia, mind you) a damn dollar for anything. If you read the full article, it actually sounds like they maybe settled everything to put them both roughly even financially but there aren't many details. This was only a one-time alimony payment and neither ex will be on the hook for child support because they opted for split custody of their daughter.
