I would say we don't have those rights because we keep on electing beta males. Beta males think all women are innocent victims of the big bad man. We need to elect alpha males that been around and know the truth.

In India domestic violence laws are one sided favoring women (I see guys getting abused and people laughing about it, hitting women is strictly shunned upon in the society), Dowry laws are abused, A lot of rape cases are false (people who actually get raped are hesitant to report it due to social pressure, and a lot of folks who report rape are weaponizing it as a way of revenge or family issues). Alimony is strictly one directional (from husband to wife) unless the husband is disabled. Govt Pension goes to wife if husband dies, goes to unmarried daughter if the wife dies, This is also one directional as govt expects guys to work.
There are fixed quotas for women in many universities, so in some colleges women make up more than 90% of the students studying. And tuition fees are lower for women in some colleges.

Physically punishing girls is shunned in the society. But if you make a mistake and you are a boy, be ready for a few hits on your back with a wooden or a steel ruler.

I can keep going on about the biased laws in India.

It's not about rights. It's about biases and discrimination. Like for instance putting all the blame on men for Intimate Partner Violence when it's more then obvious that women are just as likely, if not more likely to be violent and contrary to the popular belief (one that i held myself till recently) women's violence is usually more serious since they tend to use potentially life threatening weapons (guns, knives, cars, gasoline and matches etc..), while men usually engage in bare handed violence or rods (like chair legs or something similar) at worst and they have no intention to cause serious harm.

Police rarely recognize male victims of IPV..

Men tend to receive far harsher sentences at court..

Boys tend to receive worse grades for the same work...

Also there's still bias against men at family courts, even though the notion that women are "naturally better caregivers" has recently been officially abolished..

A rape accusation against a man is enough to have his reputation destroyed...

The right to bodily autonomy. Men don't get to choose how much of their own penis they get to keep, and there's nothing they can do about it. Whereas for women, even ritual nicking is (rightfully) illegal.

Actually watch it all the way through until when Cassie elaborates on the dozen or so human rights issues that boys and men face today. Listen instead of judging. These are issues that nobody in the media talks about, ever, and that most boys and men do not even realize they are facing, so of course nobody knows about them. Yet these boys and men are never advocating against women’s rights. Never. All they want is for their issues which deeply affect their lives (and the lives of girls and women who are also part of their lives) to be heard and receive some attention.

That’s just a taste. The bias against boys and men runs very deep. Example: nobody knows about the 1500+ boys murdered in schools by Boko Haram, but everybody remembers #bringbackourgirls when they decided to shift strategies and kidnap girls instead of mass murdering boys. Denying a girl of her education is less acceptable in today’s society than mass-murdering boys in the schoolyard.

Personally: I remember I had this graded mock job interview we were being judged on in class and to the crowd I got the best rating in terms of compliments however I didn’t win bc the judges just “forgot” to judge the criteria I was good in when I got access to the score card after. I ended up in second place behind this girl that was all innocent. I didn’t argue it thought bc it wasn’t for a grade and that would be childish, but I’ve heard of similar stories with other guys.

Legally I would say serving double the time women serve for the same crime and never getting the benefit of the doubt for committing “sexual crimes”. The believe all women notion completely sets up men for failure on some level. If not legal, societal wise.
