First thing's first: if this question has been answered already, point me to a link.

I consider myself to be an Egalitarian Realist, and therefore a Men's Rights Advocate. My resoning is that only fixing one side of the issue can never be equality, but true-100%-non-debatable equality is impossible, and advocating men's rights is a much more productive step in the process of equality than trying to reach the impossible.

Of course, I feel this can be boiled down to "men have it worse so fixing their problems first is more important". That statement SOUNDS kinda bad, but I can't say exactly what's wrong with it. What are your thoughts? Can you be egailtarian while advocating men's rights at the same time?
