I don't think there's something particularly wrong with something like this when both partners are sexually comfortable with one another and like being woken up into sex, for example, but the other way around doesn't sit well with me. It's not so much ethically wrong as it is I find it kind of creepy that the guy could get off pounding an unresponsive body. Also the idea of someone being so unenthused they knock out midway makes me question this fella's abilities in the bedroom

Personally, I don't mind being woken up to sex with my SO. Similarly, my SO would not be displeased if he woke up to me having sex with him. But it's something we discussed before either of us tried it and that's the important part: communication. If you know you're partner would feel weird if you had sex with them while they were unconscious or you don't know how they would feel, it's probably best not to try it.

While SoftHarem's scenario implies revenge against the girl for falling asleep, which I find petty and uncalled for, I don't think I'd call it rape. She consented to sex with him. You could say that falling asleep revoked consent, but tbh I find it a bit hazy and would be hesitant to label it rape.

It's a disgusting thing to do to someone you're supposed to respect enough to be in a relationship with, regardless of anything else. Trying to degrade your partner because they had to audacity to fall asleep is a pretty sick thing to do to someone, and it disturbs me that this isn't even the first time I've seen this kind of thing laughed about in TRP.

If my SO fell asleep while boinking I might be kinda miffed, depending on circumstances, but I'd just like... stop and let him sleep, or wake him, or rib him for it in the morning. I wouldn't rub my fanny in the dude's face or whatever.

I don't get why he got angry that she passed out. I don't understand why he felt vengeful. It's really hard to say "oooh I am bored, let's sleep!" and fall asleep when someone is repeatedly inserting and removing a penis from your vagina. EDIT: when it's just in there

Come on, if you started having sex while your partner was awake and consented to it and they pass out before you're finished, unless they were telling you to stop first it's beyond a stretch to call it rape.

It does seem pretty lame to pass out during sex (I'm assuming pass out meaning fall asleep instead of literally pass out) because it doesn't show a lot of enthusiasm for your partner. I would be super embarrassed because I can't have been putting on a very good performance if my partner could fall asleep. I probably would not have admitted to that one...

But yes, I can see being mad about it though not infuriated (particularly since your rational thinking isn't at its prime while you are having sex), and no, I don't think that's rape.

I really need to get some context before I pass a judgement. What does he mean by "passed out". Was she drunk? If so then getting pissed was childish, but it's probably not rape. Did she fall asleep? If so than getting pissed is understandable, if not terribly respectable, and the way he reacted was still very childish. Did she pass out from pleasure? If so then his story is a hilarious lie.

Sure, but it isn't always wrong, either.

Adults (as opposed childish SJW idealists) acknowledge that humans are a socially complex species with nuanced communications. This means that consent can be implied as well as explicitly stated. In fact, consent is far more often implied than explicitly stated.

(Demanding that social interactions which are generally implicit be moved into the realm of the explicit is often the hallmark of a 'sperg. And no one wants to have sex with spergs unless they either are so outrageously hot that we put up with their behaviour for a while, or they have learned how to not act like a sperg.)

If someone has had sex with you, and and not followed that up with a huge fight where they threw you out, this implies consent to have sex again. And it's pretty acceptable to initiate sex with such a person if they are asleep, or drunk off their ass. If for some reason they really insist that you stop, they'll let you know, either at the time or later.
