Attraction is also subjective. I was with a man who was furious that women were attracted to “hot” men. He complained about it constantly. He felt like he wasn’t “hot”. Irony was that he was hot to me. He was my dream guy who I had imagined dating for literal years. He couldn’t get over his insecurities and lived in a place of lack. THAT is what killed our relationship. The fact that he thought women saw other men as better than him. Being with an insecure man is the BIGGEST turn off, no matter what he looks like.

It's more that horrible behavior by hot men is excused frequently just because of the attraction. They then go and complain to the rest of society about the shitty behavior (that they'll put up with for hot guys) of men, and then we eventually end up with shit like the Gilette ad that's extremely dishonest and purely a PR stunt. Literally there are threads full of women bitching and whining about shit that guys do that I've personally done myself to girls that were attracted to me or that I've seen men do to other women and ended up successful in their endeavors. I'm at the point where it's like I don't give a fuck if ugly niggas are trying to hit on you, you'd spread your pussy wide open if he was 15 degrees hotter, but you wanna act like it's his character/personality that turned you off. Can't believe that shit even gets upvoted.

Men have to deal with women actively seeking out men who, as the higher you get up on the hierarchy, are more ruthless and have to follow less rules than everyone else and compete with that. You have to deal with ugly men approaching you and rejecting them in a tactful manner.
