Pro-life position creates most equality between sexes?

It's never equal because while the man can dump the girl and live a perfectly unchanged life for 9 months, the girl is pregnant and it kills her chances of dating and doing certain things. Then again after the baby is born the girl shoulders more responsibility and still sees her dating prospects more crushed than the guy's. She could say "we're splitting 50/50 so the baby is spending one week with me and one week with you", but how is that going to work if she wants to breastfeed? It's much more likely that the man will be free to run about living a near normal life while hers is turned upside down. (I know it sucks he doesn't get to spend as much time with his baby but we're talking about a baby that would have been aborted if it was pro-choice.) Sure, he has a financial burden, but she will likely be spending just as much of her money on her kid. So if abortions are illegal, men and women both get to pay for their kids financially, but women get a much larger burden on their lives. It's not exactly an equal situation.

I see the fact that abortion and abortion rights became an all-or-nothing argument as just a result of the extreme partisanship in the USA. We're talking about unanswerable questions about when life begins, what life is, what the value of life and different lives are, etc. Tell me a zygote is a person, I call bullshit. Tell me no one should have the least bit of concern about aborting a baby one day before birth, but one day after birth and it's murder, I also call bullshit.

Same with parental rights. Apparently any notion of men having some rights goes out the window because that's controlling women's bodies or whatever. There is a middle ground here.

Here's the thing with abortion. There will never be equality among the sexes when it comes to childbirth, ever. It's impossible. No matter what you do, you will always swing it one way or another. Even with this, the woman still has the burden of carrying the child to birth.

I guess with being pro choice, essentially, my position is more in favour of the woman then the man, mostly due to the whole idea of bodily autonomy. Now, generally, that's a right that everyone has, but I understand issues with financial abortions and such that men want, especially in a case of an unwanted pregnancy that the man didn't want but the woman is ok with and wants to keep the baby (though from what I've seen with single mothers, I'm sure they'd be super happy to get rid of dead beat dads from their lives for good and not have their kid deal with that).

The pro life position doesn't take away everyone's choice equally. It takes away choice from everyone, but more so the woman because it's forcing her to do something with her body she doesn't want. One thing I've learned from being here, lurking, posting, is that apparently, pregnancy is easy peasy.

You’re conflating a bunch of different rights and ignoring the somewhat delicate balance of them that SCOTUS has aimed to thread, albeit imperfectly, can’t make everyone happy. So, for example, you can’t look at abortion as solely involving a “right to life,” a “right to be a parent,” or a “right to privacy.” All three are involved.

This is quite true on the face of it. However, modern society is no longer structured to support the pro life position any more than it is structured to support marriage.
