What's annoying about TBP is they aren't even funny anymore. 3-4 years ago I used to be able to read them and laugh even when they were making fun of me lol

Because /r/thebluepill the subreddit exists purely as satire against /r/theredpill.

I wouldn't mind BP so much if they actually critiqued RP intelligently. I personally think there's plenty of criticize and plenty of stuff that needs and deserves honest, intelligent pushback.

But instead all there is, is half-assed snark of the kind that comes from watching the Daily Show too much and believing on some level that Jon Stewart/Colbert would never twist the truth for the sake of a joke. Now the useful idiots they influenced believe its funny even if you have to invent shit just to justify the joke.

BP is correct on the basic premise that relationships are not zero-sum and thinking that they are poisons things for you and everyone you come into contact with.

However, RP is correct that all sexual strategy is selfish and always was, that there is a power dynamic in sexual relationships, and that women cannot respect needy guys.

Now if only we could just agree on those basic premises, we might actually get somewhere.

sure its satire, but the point of the satire and linking to RP threads is really to say "can you believe the harmful misogyny that some people have???"

tbh i've learned a lot about the way misogynists and sexists validate their skewed worldviews from that sub, ppd, and trp

TRP and TBP are both fatties. Although there's a striking difference because when they both go to the gym TBP prefers to sit somewhere comfortable eating snacks and make fun of TRP that is trying to get fit.
