My husband pointed out that he doesn’t think I’m happy and he hasn’t seen me happy in a long time.
Now I can make lots of excuses as to why I haven’t felt happy - but here I am really wanting to change.
I know Laura Doyle talks about self-care and becoming “ridiculously happy”. But I just can’t figure out when or how or what to do to even begin doing that (between work and 4 kids and house and…and…and…).
Please throw all the suggestions at me.
