Where can I go to find high quality men that are looking for a LTR?

At the LTR store. LOL. Seriously, you don't find them. They find you because you make yourself available. You want to maximize that potential so you can go to places where men congregate or you can do the online dating thing.

edit: you can also ask your friends to pair you up with people who they think you might match up well. Ask everyone!!!!

Don't discount venues that have a lot of older folks, particularly older women.

Well, yes. But I guarantee half the women will have a son, grandson, or nephew who they think highly of, and is unmarried. And I absolutely guarantee that

They will constantly be asking him about his wife prospects and/or where their grandchildren are, and
They will be constantly on the lookout for a nice, cute girl to match him with.

Your goal is to take RPW's advice to heart, so that (once he's done rolling his eyes) he can look you up and be impressed.

Coffee shops!! Get all done up super cute and hang out in the coffee shop near an area where you suspect the type of guy you're after would be (for me that was the financial district during work hours), then wait... It's almost foolproof. Almost!

EDIT: doing something like reading, or knitting etc. No laptop/tablet/phone and no headphones, it doesn't give off an inviting vibe. Also if you look around every now and then and smile at guys you find attractive that makes you look more available than having your nose buried in the book or whatever :)

You could try looking for things to do on places like groupon or livingsocial - hiking trips, haunted house tours, ziplining, archery tag, etc. Go with a friend and have the focus be on having fun and being approachable.

I've noticed that dance classes are usually attended by decent people of both sexes. I've yet to see a 'total loser' type of person. In my class the average age is around 35, but the new one that started for beginners has a lot more 20 year olds.

I did not meet my fiance this way (he went to college with my neighbor), but I've come across some high quality men in the following places:

Volunteer Organizations. Good gracious, come to mama! There are loads of attractive, successful and kind men who are involved with the local volunteering community.
Trivia Night. This is usually at a bar, but its frequently during the week and so a lot less rowdy than a typical Friday drunk-fest.
Professional Sporting Events. I'm a girl who loves football, so I love going to a game and so do many of my girlfriends. Cute groups of guys flirt with us without fail!

You ever hear the phrase that you find love when you aren't looking? If you're 21, are you still in school? Do you still go to social events (read: not house parties)? Do you work at a job where other young people work? What do you typically do on the weekends? There are good men out and about, but they don't all congregate at the Good Men Shoppe every Sunday between 12-3. It's not a matter of shooting fish in a barrel.

What things do you value, and where would a man be who shares those values? Do something you're actually passionate about and interested in, and you'll 1) meet men who are there to do something other than look for a hookup, 2) have an automatic common ground for conversation, and 3) expand your own skills and interests, which will make you a better potential partner.

Volunteering at a food bank, construction project, library, etc. Rock climbing club. Any kind of clubs, really. Church or religious events. Hobby/extracurricular classes for coed interests like languages, cooking, sports. Join a makerspace. Whatever you are interested in that the men you want to date would also be interested in. And then just be open and friendly!

Are you in college? College is the easiest place to meet people. Don't waste your time trying to meet people in the harder adult ways when you have access to college men! There's tons of men out there that want an LTR... you should be meeting them at social events and parties your friends throw, mutual friends (ask them if they know anyone), at extracurricular activities, in class, at college-sponsored events, at speaking events, and so on. Have you tried any of these?

If you live in the States, Republican conventions. Dudes there tend to be RP, attracted to power, and triple digit IQ. Of course, if you're Dem, that might be interesting in different ways.

Lots of good advice here. You could also try online dating. There's no stigma anymore, IMO as the whole world is social networking. I'd say tinder is a no-go, but there's plenty of good ones. Just make your profile very clear about what you're seeking and be very picky. My best friend met her fiance on one called "its just lunch" and her guy is GREAT!

Many towns have a pretty active meetup.com scene. I've seen some groups entitled things like, "twenty-somethings go hiking" or whatever. I just moved to a new town with my boyfriend and I'm planning to go to some meetups just to make some girl friends in my new hometown.

You've already learnt where you find 'boys that just want to hump and dump', what they do, and how to get there. So use that formula.

High quality men do X, at the place Y, and you get there by doing Z.

Dog parks, unless you hate dogs lol. The pet store. Parks in general. Yoga classes. Church. Casual sports leagues, ie kickball, dodgeball, softball etc. The gym.
