I’m a little over 5 years post TRP. I come back today with some notes for my kindred spirits.

What a fucking journey I have been on. The past 5 years have flown by like I never expected. After I found TRP, I immediately quit everything I shouldn’t have been doing, and changed 180 degrees.

Over the years, much of the personality changes stayed. I would say almost all of them. The sorrow dissipated after about 18 months, but, again, the attitude and mindset remained.

I separated myself from the community for some Rome in order to heal. From 14 months to year 2, I didn’t access Reddit. That was crucial as I feel into a nihilistic trap.

At year 2, I was doing great by this point, I had slept with over 100 women since finding TRP. But, I knew it was time to make some big boy moves. I began learning about power and read more books than I ever thought possible. I spent about 4 thousand dollars on books. I read just about every single one too.

I left behind my social life and hung onto about 6 really great plates. For the next year, I would grind like no tomorrow.

It was sex, get out, study power and life, go to work, study something related to my technical ability, meet people, repeat... and I mean fast.

I still lifted and still kept dieting. But, old habits trickled back in. I was back to watching porn and jerking off to “relieve stress” during periods of all of this. I was downloading social media apps, then browsing then deleting them. My sleep schedule some times was in disarray.... but, I would grind through and was a very proficient machine.

Year two to year three, I made some huge leaps and bounds. I went from making 70k a year, to 130k a year. Again in year 3.5, I went from making 130k a year to 160k a year. I had also finished an associates at the end of year two, and a bachelors in a STEM by year 3.5. Additionally, I completed several high level certifications, bought a great house, made some friends with important people, and much much more.

However, by this point, I had started to gain weight and the habits I wanted to quit, I couldn’t. I tried so hard, and things would haunt me. I was too weak and my time was too dispersed.

Then, I decided to list out all my bad habits on a spreadsheet. I tackled them one at a time. First was getting myself cut again. I had lifted throughout, but had gained fat and failed at habits as a result of juggling 70 things at once.

So began the list. I quit things, one at a time. I started to ran out. From year 3.5 to 5, I reverted my bad habits, and killed them in my mind. My sleep schedule has been amazing, I haven’t watched porn, TV, Netflix, had social media of any type, drank alcohol, done any drugs, cheated on my diet, or any other toxic behavior.

The plates are back in business, my body looks right, my social circle is great, and to top it all off the money is hear, and it came fast.

I desired things on hard mode because I wanted to meet my goals fast. The order you do this in is really important. You should get a better foundation then I did. I suggest you all use what happened to me (even though there was good in it), as a lesson to approach life.

It is probably better you do everything I did in the opposite order lol. Nonetheless, the result is the same. It was a great 5 years and now that I am moving from my late twenties into my thirties, I feel good.

Strategy is great, but remember that it counts on you to be strong. What it takes to be strong is to have a healthy mind and body. I did great all things considered, but could of done better. Had I squared away my habits firstly and gave myself tome to acquire a life without certain deadly sins, the transition would of been smoother.

Write your life strategy down today, and plan for your own weaknesses.
