It's the one part that I desperately don't want to be true. I actually like most of the other stuff. But I hate this part. Doesn't make it not a valid point but it's just heartbreaking.

That's not love, love is a "trust" in my book, and you can't trust such thing, you can't turn your back in knowing that in a second of your weakness you will be thrashed out. You can't really love someone like you always wanted after knowing these stuff, knowing that they will only love you not for because who you are but because acquiring the qualities just stimulating their good/safe/instinctive survival feelings, and that is the illusion of "love", one of the shittiest game nature played on mankind.

It's a sobering world view, but listen, it's fun having kids. And despite all the pain I felt at the time over my ex-wife various betrayals, it was positive in the end. I have four awesome/asshole kids I love dearly, and the pain lead to personal growth. So, take a woman for what she is, and don't discount the value of the children she can provide. If you are wired for it, being a dad is fucking fantastic.

Honestly this is fucking killing me right now, I'll never be able to trust a woman's love for the rest of my entire life. Forever. I'll never trust one enough to have children, I'll never build a family in peace, I'll never have a wife that will be there for me when times are tough, when a war breaks I'll have no one to go back home to, no one to build a life with. And its maddening since we are biologically driven to desire these things but they are biologically driven to take what they can and run. I want to wake up one day and realize this was all a dream, but day after day I just observe and learn things that make a majority of Red Pill truth's appear to be common sense.

First of all, both men and women are incapable of loving unconditionally. We’ve developed this concept of love during our evolutionary process, because it benefits us. Love is selfish, but we never feel selfish. When we’ve been hurt by someone it’s easy to call them selfish. It’s much more difficult to realize that about yourself. You will not love a girl who doesn’t bring you value, period. It’s the same with women. We just value different things.

Don’t believe me? Ask yourself genuinely, if your girl starts acting bitchy, gets fat, grows a mustache, and stops fucking you, will you still “love” her?

The kind of love that comes out of needs is essentially selfish and self serving in nature - it is a completely reactive emotion. Knowing this is the key to finding out what creates an attractive reaction in the other person.

Now women can also love you for your resources - this separation between alpha and beta is very pronounced in them. A man's high sex drive makes it virtually impossible to have a strictly platonic relationship, so the concept of alpha and beta is nearly non-existent in his eyes. But both are essentially needy.

In both these cases, if you look at it philosophically for a sec, it's not really loving the other person at all. It's really loving yourself, using another person to generate a reactive emotion within your programmed biology. The other person is only important so long as he or she helps keep the experience going. You do feel love, you get out of your head for a while and the other person does become important, but the problem is - the whole experience is entirely reactive. The attraction and emotions "sweeten" this up by giving you a huge high, or else you might find out too soon. :)

The other kind of love is devotion - the difference is that devotion really doesn't need much of anything from the other person, it's something you can just be. But a) there's no point talking about that these days and b) It is not sexual in nature and c) That comes out of real abundance, cultivation and being proactive - and very very few people can even generate that energy on their own, maybe Jesus. Parental love, if you're lucky, can come very close to this ideal, but only because parents weren't designed to need anything much from their children - therefore it has no criteria. You can trust this one.

So sexual love is genuine as long as it lasts, but it is completely need based and reactive (this is true even if you're fantasizing). It needs the attractive vibes to be maintained continuously at a level where it can keep that reactivity where it needs to be. The day that attraction is gone, it will vanish. You can't really trust it - no civilization or religion in all of human history ever trusted the sexual instinct because of it's reactive, but powerful nature.

By calling everything with one word "love", the essential distinction between love of needs and love of abundance has been completely destroyed.

I perfectly understand how women love is conditional. What I don't get in all honestly is how this is different from men love ?

Do men really do not care if their wife that was initially young, fit and sexy is now fat, old and do not take time anymore to make herself pretty ? Do they really not care if their girlfriend is always positive for sex or always have an headache? Do they keep their love intact over the years even if their wife reveal herself as constantly complaining ? Do men keep their sentiments intact if there public proof they partner cheat continuously and have intense raw sex with other partner while they deny that to them ?

I do agree we may not be affected by the same things, but to me both genders do exhibit conditional love. We may still decide to stay together for many reasons after love has fadded, but this doesn't mean there still intense inconditionnal love.

I think now you guys are going very paranoid with all this “alpha-beta” thing. Who gives a shit if when I’m with my family I’m a goofy motherfucker? Luckily I grew up in a Latin family, 1st and second generation. My mom told me that "no one [woman] is going to love you as mush as I do, they will say they do, only believe what you see [make them prove it]" meaning a woman will love you as long as it benefits them.
