When i saw that post, i knew calling her bullshit may get me banned from the subreddit, so i made an account.

Do you remember the case of the "Mattress girl"? The one giving consent, then withdrawing it, then filling a complaint, then the guy getting absolved?

Well, that's what happened. This is my comment, i'll add the one they replied me with. This, seconds before getting banned, all in a span of 4 minutes.

So she, for her own will, brought a guy.

When I saw them together she was rather drunk but was talking clearly and standing up straight. I took her aside for a moment and asked if she felt she was in the right state to hook up with him. She said yes

She brought him home, they ended up having sex in the other room, and from whatever I heard through the walls it seemed fine.

The next morning, I saw her in the living room crying. I asked her what had happened and she told me that she never wanted to have sex with him

but that he kept asking repeatedly and pressuring her until she gave in.

Oh, wait, SHE DID. She consented, she accepted ahving a sexual relation with him. Then, next morning, "withdraw consent". What what.

Considering this the same thing you went trough, you were NOT sexually assaulted nor she were, and even if she goes to court, as you went, she won't win as she gave consent. This is bullshit, she gave consent to have sex and the next morning repented.

I thought I could rely on her to back me up and testify in my favor, corroborating that I did, in fact, tell her that I was sexually assaulted by this person, and that she believed it to be true

Testifying what, that you "told" her that? Can i tell my roomate Obama raped me? That won't be valid at court.

Weeks went by and I got a nice email from the University saying that he was found not guilty, along with a report containing all evidence and testimonies.

Not just her, ALL evidences. You just claimed you were raped, but as you consented as she did, you don't have any proofs. the same old victim-blaming shit came back up. It's not victim-blaming, it's calling bullshit.

For whatever reason, my so-called friend was unable to take my word for my experience seriously.

Whatever reason? Whatever fucking reason? Maybe because you considered giving consent a sexual assault. That's why. They called you bullshit.
